This tutorial assumes you have installed FileZilla client on your appropriate OS. Installation instructions here
1. Launch Site Manager from the file menu
2. Click button and give your site a name
3. On the General tab, make appropriate changes to:
Host (IP address works here as well),
Port (defaults to 22 if left blank),
Protocol (must be SFTP),
Logon Type & User
* Add comments if necessary.
Click & enter your password.
If your credentials for logging into that server are correct, you should see your remote site folder open on the left hand side.
You can then transfer files to and from the server by just dragging and droping where appropriate.
